Aaj Khaane Mei kya hai???” The most common question in every house. No matter where you go, no matter whom you ask, be it a caring mother, or a loving wife; a protective father or a pampering husband. No matter who’s turn is it, in the end all that matters is who’s cooking and what’s cooking?

A young boy after school comes home running all the way to his mom, hungry and asking “Maa, aaj khane mei kya hai?” A daughter on her birthday asking, “Mamma, aaj special khane mei kya hai?” Husband before opening his lunch over the phone asking his wife, “Acha suno, aaj khane mei kya hai?”

Millions of moments cherished, billions of hearts connected. How a simple question at times can open up so many emotions. While there are still many lonely souls in town living independently away from family. Souls who toil day and night in this bustling city to achieve their dreams, for them having a proper relaxed meal can be a task at times. Where the so called “Khana” is nothing but the dry meals offered in office or snacks on the nearby stall, at times tired to cook themselves and longing for an opportunity to ask, "Aaj khane mei kya hai?".

The other day even I was in a similar kind of situation, I came home after a tiring day and was very hungry. I needed a filling meal and craved for some yummy Desi food but was bored of same old restaurants in my area. That’s when I decided to try this food joint called FAASOS, an Indian Food on Demand Company operating in 16 of the largest cities in India. I had tried their quick grab and go wraps however never paid enough attention to their meals. Finally, I decided to go for Smoked Chicken Kulcha and Rogan Josh Roti meal. The food arrived soon which made me happy. The packaging was apt with spill proof packing, accompanied with a packet of tissues, spoon and fork.

Coming over to food, the Roti was soft and roasted with oil, while the Kulchas were small and fluffy. The Smoked Butter Chicken definitely had the mild smoky flavor and Rogan Josh, well lets say it was good at the price they offer. All of these meals were priced at a very affordable range keeping in mind the day to day expense of common man. Overall, it’s a perfect place for good quality affordable meals. And guess what their packaging said – “Aaj khane mei kya hai?

All you need is a Cup of Coffee...!!!

"A lot can happen over coffee" this is a tag line you come across when you visit one of the India's most well known coffee shops,  Cafe Coffee Day aka CCD . In fact to be honest, I won't be wrong if I say CCD introduced me to the mesmerising world of coffee. Until then all I knew was the home made instant coffee.  Chapter 1 : College My love for coffee began with the onset of my college days. My first ever visit to CCD along with a bunch of goofy friends, variety of coffees and a lot of chit chat. Gradually, it became our hangout place, smallest of the joys and biggest of the sorrows all shared over a cup of coffee. First crush, first date, parties, breakup & a lot more, back then CCD was a silent spectator to all the golden moments of our life. Chapter 2 : Office Post graduation, overcoming all the innocent teenage issues I stepped into the next phase of life. The first few days itself proved, that life till now was a mere trailer and the...

Ladies...Let hygiene not stop you..!!!

Unfortunately, India is one of the worst countries when it comes to caring for Female hygiene. Female hygiene is something which is not openly spoken about or infact is more of a taboo subject in India. Every year loads of women face deadly diseases mainly spread due to unclean urinals and lack of hygiene.           Majority of Indian women choose not to pee and just hold it which further leads to bladder weakening. While few unlucky ones who just can't hold anymore, they remember all the possible types of acrobatic squats in order to just let it go without touching anything. Be it a road trip or a visit to native place, lack of clean urinals for women has always been a problem in India. Like seriously guys...why is it so difficult to understand???          Thankfully someone has finally come up with a solution which can put an end to most of our woes.... PEEBUDDY . A smart an effect...
